QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in applicable, related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct work related experience required.  Semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Prior management experience.
  • MRP/ERP systems experience essential; Oracle experience preferred.
  • Previous experience developing and monitoring budgets for a functional area.
  • CPM/CPIM desired.
  • APICS Certified desired.
  • Experience in buying and successful negotiations.
  • Thorough knowledge of the supply base.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance philosophies, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience managing simultaneous, complex projects/activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.
  • Good management abilities and sound business understanding.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
